Despite short timelines for both organisers and photographers, the Off to Work Event Photography Awards 2022 featured some truly amazing, amusing, magical and moving images – and the award-winners are now all available to view here.

The competition culminated in a highly-enjoyable awards night in October at Mayfair townhouse venue No.4 Hamilton Place, where photographers, judges sponsors and guests from as far afield as Mexico and Sweden enjoyed cracking catering by Blue Strawberry while mingling amongst over 100 short-listed images in 14 categories, thanks to the precise production of Visions Group – and as evidenced by the event video…

EPA23 will be launched very soon, as the awards event is returning to its usual month of May, so entries will open in early January for images captured during 2022. Category progressions will include the return of Christmas Parties & Seasonal Events, while the one-off Covid Chronicles will be replaced by a timely Royal Occasions class.

Having reignited the EPA furnace after our pandemic pause, awareness and momentum are quickly rebuilding as we develop relationships across the events sector. For instance, our association partner EVCOM incorporated EPA images into their own awards event earlier this month, while new industry promotion platform The Power of Events are using EPA shots to paint a thousand words! Furthermore, care of our trade show partner, there will be an EPA stand at the event industry’s leading exhibition International Confex 2023, which is being held at London Excel on 1st & 2nd March.
