Indeed, to highlight successful photographers, we will give you a bespoke accolade logo to add to your website which can link through to your entry on the Awards Winners’ Gallery.

Coverage.

Website. All the main award-winning photographs will remain online in a comprehensive gallery of past winners, runners-up and highly commended entries, available for event professionals to reference, along with your contact details. See past winners gallery.

There are also opportunities to have stories and coverage on our website's News channel, which will be amplified through our social media channels.

press. Our media partners and the titles that the media judges edit command a collective circulation of well over 100,000 copies for each issue of their event industry magazines. The main winners, as well as certain category winners, will not only enjoy coverage in print, but also online, on e-casts and through very well-followed social media channels.

There will also be a wider post-awards PR campaign to promote the awards throughout and beyond the realms of the event industry press that will naturally centre on a selection of the winning shots and their photographers.

AWARDS CEREMONY. At least six short-listed photographs in each of the eleven primary categories will be on display for the drinks reception of the 2019 Event Photography Awards ceremony, which will be attended by event industry professionals and members of the trade press, many of whom commission photography.

Guests at past EPA award ceremonies have told us that they would love to have greater interaction at the event with the photographers whose work is on display at the event. As such, attending photographers will have special badges to identify themselves – and special portfolio presentations may also be possible.

EXHIBITION. The category winners, runners-up and highly commended entries will also be displayed in a special gallery at the UK event industry's largest annual exhibition, International Confex held at Olympia, as well as at other events over the year ahead.

Commissions.

Our media judges have committed to offer paid commissions to one of the award winners, either in their category or from the overall rostrum. Naturally, briefs will vary and caveats and conditions will apply, but they are keen to work with the most successful and industry-supportive photographers.

Cash or Equipment & Prizes.

The overall winner of the 2018 Event Photography Awards received a cheque for £1,000. 2019 prizes to be announced very soon.

The Event Photography Awards works with charities from both the events industry and the photography sector, namely Meeting Needs and PhotoVoice. Your entry will really help us to support these very worthy causes.

Ceremony Tickets.

At least six short-listed shots from the eleven main categories will be displayed at the awards ceremony. Ticket prices to be announced. Every short-listed photographer will be invited to attend the event as a guest of the EPAs and its sponsors.
