The Off To Work Event Photography Awards 2020 are open to professional photographers and also amateurs.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
Entered photos must have been taken during 2019 to qualify for the 2020 competition.
Entered photos must be high-resolution. Images should be JPEG, PNG or TIFF files no smaller than 800KB and no larger than 5MB.
A fee of £10 is charged for up to 5 photos. A further £10 is charged for each additional set of up to 5 photos. Entrants may submit as many photos as they like into any category.
Please consider carefully the category that you enter a photo into, but if you choose to enter a photo into more than one category, it will be judged accordingly.
Entries will close at midnight on Monday 9th March 2020.
Judging will take place during March & April. Short-listed photographers will be informed of their success in early April. Winners, runners-up and highly-commended photographs will be announced at the Award Night on Tuesday 5th May at No.4 Hamilton Place in Mayfair.
All short-listed photographers are invited to attend the awards event as a guest of Off To Work.

Every category winner is invited on stage to receive an engraved trophy, while the overall winner also receives a cheque for £1,000.

As noted above, all short-listed photographers are invited to attend the highly-enjoyable awards event as a guest of competition founders and headline sponsors Off To Work, the UK event industry’s premier staffing agency.
This will again be held at the sumptuous No.4 Hamilton Place in Mayfair, with fabulous food top caterers by Blue Strawberry, on Tuesday 5th May. All short-listed photographs will be on display, thanks to exhibition and event industry printers, Pertons, and production company, Visions.
Being the winner of an Off To Work Event Photography Award is a prestigious badge of honour that can work wonders for your business. Indeed, to highlight successful photographers, we will give you a bespoke accolade logo to add to your website, which can link through to your entry on the Awards Winners’ Gallery.
MEDIA Coverage & EXPOSURE.
Off To Work Event Photography Awards 2019 enjoyed extensive coverage in the national press and event industry media, with a combined reached of some 2 million readers.
The main winners, as well as certain category winners, invariably receive coverage in print, but also online, on e-casts and through very well-followed social media channels. There is also on-going awards marketing of the awards through various media outlets as well as the EPAs social channels, which boast some 13,000 followers, primarily on Instagram. Posts are often based on new entries and news from or features on past award winners.
All the main award-winning photographs will remain online in a comprehensive gallery of past winners, runners-up and highly commended entries, available for event professionals to reference, along with your contact details.
There are also opportunities to have stories and coverage on our website's News channel, which will be amplified through our social media channels.
Many award-winning entries will be displayed through special gallery-style stands at various events and exhibitions, including International Confex held at London Excel 25 & 26 February 2020.
At least six short-listed photographs in each category will be on display at the Off To Work Event Photography Awards ceremony, which is attended by a plethora of influential event industry professionals, as well as members of the trade press, many of whom commission photography.
Guests at past EPA awards night have told us that they enjoy interacting at the event with the photographers whose work is on display. As such, attending photographers have special badges to identify themselves and highlighting the categories they are short-listed in.
