how to ENTER and why .

Returning after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Off To Work Event Photography Awards 2023 are open to both professional and amateur photographers over 18 years old.

The qualification period for photographs has been extended to two years. Entered photos must have been taken during 2022 to qualify for the 2023 competition.
Entered photos must be high-resolution. Images should be JPEG, PNG or TIFF files no smaller than 800KB and no larger than 5MB.
A fee of £20 is charged for up to 5 photos. A further £20 is charged for each additional set of up to 5 photos. Entrants may submit as many photos as they like into any category.
Please carefully consider the category into which each photo is entered. Photos may be entered into more than one category and will be judged accordingly.

There are two new categories to enter. Portraits, a classic photographic genre, plus a special one-off Covid Chronicles category. For obvious reasons, the Christmas Parties category has not been included this year, while the Fashion Events category is also omitted, although shots from shoots and shows should fair well in the Behind the Scenes and Brand Experience categories.
Entries will close at midnight on Sunday 12th March 2023.

Judging will take place during August. Short-listed photographers will be informed of their success in April. Winners, runners-up and highly-commended photographs will be announced at the Awards Night (date and venue TBC).
All short-listed photographers are invited to attend the awards event as a guest of Off To Work.
Please note that the Off To Work Event Photography Awards is a ‘not for profit’ competition and relies on the generous support of all its sponsors

why entering.

As noted above, all short-listed photographers are invited to attend the highly-enjoyable awards event as a guest of competition founders and headline sponsors Off To Work, the UK event industry’s premier staffing agency.

This will again be held at the sumptuous No.4 Hamilton Place in Mayfair, with fabulous food top caterers by Blue Strawberry, on Tuesday 5th May. All short-listed photographs will be on display, thanks to exhibition and event industry printers, Pertons, and production company, Visions.
